I remodeled a kitchen in an older house (1930's) in Pasadena. I got about eight bids from the low twenties to the upper sixties. I went with Builder's Pathway because I liked the initial meeting at which they listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me the custom kitchen of my dreams (although that's virtually what I ended up with!) Sam and Murad were professional, honest, reasonable and extremely helpful throughout the process. They and their crew showed up EVERY DAY until the job was finished. This is the first and only time I've ever experienced this with a remodel and I've done a dozen since the 1970's. The end result far exceeded my expectations. The work is flawless and the cabinets and construction are solid wood, not particle board. The final cost was only slightly above the lowest bid. I would not hesitate to recommend Builder's Pathway to anyone, or any type of construction job, and I look forward to hiring them for my next project. A++

Expert Bathroom Flooring Installation in Los Angeles County, CA
Bathroom flooring installation is one of the most moisture-sensitive projects in any home. At Builder's Pathway Inc, we handle the full scope — old floor removal, subfloor inspection, moisture management, and new floor installation. Many homes across Los Angeles County, from Pasadena to North Hollywood to Glendale, were built on raised wood-frame foundations or concrete slabs that require careful subfloor evaluation before any new material goes down. Skipping that step leads to warping, mold, and costly repairs later. Our team, led by Murad Muradyan with over 26 years in the construction field, checks the subfloor condition before installation begins. We work in Burbank, Northridge, Granada Hills, Altadena, South Pasadena, West Hollywood, and throughout Ventura and Orange Counties. Whether you are replacing worn-out flooring or upgrading as part of a larger bathroom refresh, we focus on a clean, water-resistant result that holds up in daily use. Call us to get your bathroom flooring project started.

Water-resistant flooring is the right choice for any bathroom in Los Angeles County. Materials that can handle daily moisture and humidity perform far better long-term than options with a wood-fiber core.
