I remodeled a kitchen in an older house (1930's) in Pasadena. I got about eight bids from the low twenties to the upper sixties. I went with Builder's Pathway because I liked the initial meeting at which they listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me the custom kitchen of my dreams (although that's virtually what I ended up with!) Sam and Murad were professional, honest, reasonable and extremely helpful throughout the process. They and their crew showed up EVERY DAY until the job was finished. This is the first and only time I've ever experienced this with a remodel and I've done a dozen since the 1970's. The end result far exceeded my expectations. The work is flawless and the cabinets and construction are solid wood, not particle board. The final cost was only slightly above the lowest bid. I would not hesitate to recommend Builder's Pathway to anyone, or any type of construction job, and I look forward to hiring them for my next project. A++

Expert Site Preparation in Los Angeles County, CA
Site preparation is the first physical step in any construction project, and getting it right protects everything that follows. At Builder's Pathway Inc, we handle land clearing, rough grading, excavation, soil compaction, and drainage shaping before a single structural element goes in. We serve homeowners and property owners across Los Angeles County, including Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, North Hollywood, Northridge, Granada Hills, and surrounding communities. Los Angeles County terrain varies widely. Flat valley lots, sloped hillside parcels in areas like La Canada Flintridge and Shadow Hills, and tighter urban lots in West Hollywood each present different grading and drainage demands. Clay-heavy or loose soils common across the region can shift without proper compaction, which puts foundations at risk. Murad Muradyan has worked in the construction field since 2000, and our team brings that depth of field experience to every site we prepare. A properly prepared site reduces the risk of settling, drainage problems, and structural issues down the road. Contact Builder's Pathway Inc to discuss your site.

Site preparation covers land clearing, excavation, rough grading, soil compaction, and drainage shaping. Every step is done before foundation or framing work starts, so the ground is stable and ready.
Loose or clay-heavy soils common across Los Angeles County can shift under a foundation if not properly compacted. Compaction during site preparation is what keeps the ground stable after construction is complete.
Yes, we prepare sites for a range of project types across Burbank, North Hollywood, and the broader Los Angeles County area. Site preparation for smaller footprints like ADU pads still requires proper grading and compaction to protect the structure.
Most lots need at least some grading to create a level, stable base and direct water away from the build area. A site visit is the best way to assess what your specific lot in Northridge or Granada Hills requires.
